- Download and unzip the SimpleAlarmTester.zip from our FTP site.
- Make sure the OneTrackServer and other applications are closed.
- Run SimpleAlarmTester.exe and follow instructions.

This will make sure the serial port can be opened and that communication with the alarm box works.
