Within the groupe ST, VideoWave will continue and expand development of its video intelligence products and will benefit from opportunities resulting from the integration with sorhea’s products and a global distribution network.
Groupe ST includes Sorhea S.A., Lyon, France, Protech USA, Reno, Nevada, manufacturers of perimeter detection systems and TIL Technologies, Aix-en-Provence, France, manufacturer of electronic security systems for buildings.
